PITTSBURGH -- A tribute is being planned to honor the late Fred Rogers.The Slippery Rock University orchestra and choir will perform Feb. 29 at Saint Justin Church on Mount Washington.A second performance will be held at the Butler County Community College on March 2.Rogers died of stomach cancer last February.
