Watch the Pittsburgh Cable News Channel (“PCNC”) between 7:00:00 and 7:01:00 AM (ET) each morning during the Contest Period and look for the “Police Ticket Giveaway” commercial call-in prompt. After the call-in prompt is broadcast, you must dial the Contest line at 412-333-PCNC (412-333-7262) (the “Contest Line”) to try to be the first (1st) or the tenth (10th) caller. The first (1st) and tenth (10th) callers to call the Contest Line after the call-in prompt is broadcast will be declared Contest winners, provided that they meet the eligibility and other requirements stated in these official rules. [The 1st and 10th callers will be asked a series of questions by Contest representative to confirm his or her eligibility in conformance with these Official Rules. If each such caller meet the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules, he or she will be declared a winner. If the 1st or 10th caller fails to meet any of the eligibility or other requirements of these Official Rules, the Contest representative will ask the next caller in line the same series of questions, and if that caller meets the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules, he or she will be declared a winner. This process will be repeated until a caller satisfies the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules.] [Confirm that eligibility will be verified upon receipt of call.] Neither Sponsor nor Administrator will be responsible for loss of service to the Contest Line or for a participant’s failure to reach the Contest Line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service during a call-in period of the Contest and prior to accepting the 1st and 10th callers, the Contest call-in period affected by the interruption may be replayed at the resumption of service, at the discretion of Sponsor and Administrator, and any such replayed call-in period will be announced on PCNC upon resumption of service. The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any telephone calls placed to the Contest Line may be recorded for use on-air at any time.

Administrator and/or Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, or unintelligible entries, or for failure to receive entries or telephone calls due to network congestion or transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware, software, telephone equipment, line or network, whether originating with sender, caller, Sponsor or Administrator. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, and Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.
