PENNINGTON, N.J. — Jon Bon Jovi loves football almost as much as rock 'n' roll music, and when his son is involved, the frontman for Bon Jovi was not going to miss Senior Night.
Bon Jovi's son, Jacob Boingiovi, was playing football for The Pennington School in New Jersey, NJ.com reported. Bon Jovi was there to walk his son across the field during halftime of Senior Night, the website reported.

Bon Jovi grew up in Sayreville and graduated from Sayreville High School before embarking on a musical career that led to his induction, along with his bandmates, into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
Bon Jovi's support was welcomed, but it did not help Pennington, which lost 31-20 to Point Pleasant Beach, NJ.com reported.
