So, what can we expect from this season?

Besides getting some explanation on last season's CONCERNING finale… Watch out for Pittsburgh!

See and Be Seen caught up with Chrissy Metz (Kate) and Chris Sullivan (Toby) to get the inside scoop on tonight's premiere, and a "surprise" for Pittsburgh fans!

Metz said she hasn't had the chance to see Pittsburgh as much as she would like to, but did dish on what she knows about her character's hometown.

Both she and Chris gushed about Eat 'N Park Smiley cookies and even busted out some Pittsburghese: Steelers versus. "Stillers," wash vs. "warsh."

But the most exciting thing we learned, was that we can expect an IMMEDIATE city tie-in TONIGHT!

Chrissy wouldn't give us more, but says that it is definitely something we will appreciate!

Throughout the first two seasons, Pittsburgh has played a special role in the show, being where the beloved Jack, Rebecca and "Big 3" (Kevin, Kate and Randall) grew up, even making us Pittsburghers proud by sporting Steelers gear and referencing our great city.

Season 3 premieres TONIGHT on Channel 11 and NBC at 9 p.m.
