Yonah Mountain Vineyards CRUSHER 6K will be a brand new trail race held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 and the first in Georgia to be run exclusively on a vineyard property. In conjunction with the challenging CRUSHER course, YMV will offer a Trellis Trail 2K Walk/Run for those participants looking for a more leisurely, scenic experience of the vineyard landscape. Registration fee is $65 and includes the race itself on a vineyard trail course, $20 entry to the Crush Festival (see below), a catered meal, and some premium swag.*** Crush Fest is an all-day festival held after the race from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. It is a fun and exciting event for all ages. Grape stomping a la Lucille Ball (the I Love Lucy show) will highlight the day, and Free wine tastings of YMV's gold-medal varietals are included with entry fee.
