As part of Homeless Children's Awareness Week 2012, the Homeless Children's Education Fund is recruiting volunteers to stand in silence for 15 minutes and represent children experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County. This art installation will be followed by a celebration. Participants should arrive by 4:45 PM to receive instructions.
