Rob Rogers and the ToonSeum are proud to present the public screening of "Cartoon Delegate: A Video Sketchbook From the Conventions." This mini-documentary follows the journey of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette  editorial cartoonist, Rob Rogers, as he travels to cover the RNC in Tampa, FL and the DNC in Charlotte, NC. This trip was made possible with the help of fans who donated to an Indiegogo campaign (http://www.indiegogo.com/RobRogersConventions2012). As the 2012 presidential campaign draws to a close, what better way is there to bid farewell to all the negative campaign ads than to come watch a political cartoonist in action? Rob Rogers will show his work and talk about what it took to cover the conventions with nothing but a sketchbook and a Flip Cam. Then he will screen his mini-documentary. The event will take place at the ToonSeum at 7 PM on October 29th. The screening will be followed by a short Q&A with the cartoonist and a reception. Food and drinks will be provided.
