This MEN'S ONLY Pilates Mat Workshop will cater specifically to the physical and lifestyle needs of men.
Unfortunately, most men have placed a stigma on Pilates and Yoga as being a "Women Only" exercise, and therefore do not feel comfortable in a class. Most guys feel their place is at the gym with heavy weights, more injuries, more aches and pains, gaining no flexibility. No pain, no gain right?? WRONG! Luckily, Verve 360 is here to tell all men that Pilates can relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, renew strength and vigor, reduce stress, reduce blood pressure, improve circulation...the list goes on and on!
The structure of this class is designed to foster a sense of comfort and privacy so participants can focus on their own bodies and not worry about what others are doing in class or how they are doing it. This will also allow class takers to work within the range of what their own body can do, with no distractions. Roxanne will discuss mind-body exercise and why it is beneficial for EVERYBODY.
