I am a high school holding a 5k for my graduation project. This race is a one time event and will not become an annual event. The money generated in this event will be donated to the Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, a non-profit organization that helps out the disabled children and their parents. The race is projected to begin at 12:00 Noon, but that could be subject to change based on weather conditions and last minute registrants. There will be a gathering after at the nearby Harmar Pavillion after the race.
