With Fat Tuesday just around the corner, join Chef Rick Bruckner for a Creole cooking course to get you ready for the big day. Traditional Cajun delicacies such as Bronzed Catfish with Gingersnap Gravy, Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, Muffaletta and Beignets will be discussed, prepared and enjoyed by all. Bring your beads and your favorite bottle of wine for this festive event. January 27, 2013 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. $30.00 per person with a minimum of 6 reservations.
