Let your little ones dress up as their favorite dinosaurs and come to the museum for a truly amazing family event! Eat a hearty breakfast with a pterosaur-eye view of your favorite Mesozoic herbivores and carnivores in Dinosaurs in Their Time. Investigate dinosaur tracks and touch real fossil specimens, then enjoy a private guided tour of Dinosaurs in Their Time! The hands-on activity is dinosaur tracking. There will be wet sand or clay to make imprints with plastic dinosaurs to find out whether the dinosaur’s tail drags, a characteristic related to the animal's anatomical structure. Children may also touch real fossils and fossil casts. High chairs and boosters are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Dinosaur dress-up optional. Seating is limited, so be sure to register early!
