The Groove Aesthetic is a collective of artists and musicians of various disciplines and genres. The purpose of this collective is to create performances that are mult-faceted and moving through the traditional music experience, collaboration of multiples artists, and the audience. There are four elements that remain constant with each Goove Aesthetic performance; they are: Classical music, Jazz/Soul music, Performance Art (a multi-disciplinary work) and a newly arranged piece that combines elements of classical music and jazz. These four elements will be used in collaboration with DJ duo Tracksploitation and visual/video artist Julie Mallis.GROOVE AESTHETIC COLLABORATORS:Anqwenique Wingfield: Vocalist and Producer/DirectorJulie Mallis: Video ArtistTrackploitation: DJ DuoJoe Sheehan: Keyboard & ComposerLangston Kelly: SaxGabe Debruzzo: Classical PianoNaila Ansari: DanceJason Rafalak: Bass
