Women Claim They Were Put At Risk

PITTSBURGH -- The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center is asking a judge to throw out a lawsuit over Pap smear tests at its Magee-Womens Hospital.Two women claim they and thousands of other women were put at risk.They said thousands of pap smears were certified without being reviewed by physicians.UPMC and Magee claim the lawsuit is baseless because the women were not actually harmed.
