South Beach Diet Stories

Hi, I decided to give South Beach diet a go 2 years ago after back surgery and it did wonders for me. I went from 165 lbs to 140 lbs in 5 months. It is an incredibly healthy way of eating. There is alot of cooking but it is well worth the results. I'm still trying to lose the extra 10 lbs and with exercise incorporated with my healthy style of eating now I'm sure my story will be a complete success.

I read the story about the 2 women on the diet challenge. I started the diet in April and have lost a total of 36 lbs. and 8 pant sizes. It is really not a diet, it is a way of life. I have more energy, look better and feel better as a whole. At times my weight did plateau, but the inches still fell off. I have maintained the weight and have challenged myself to lose another 15 pounds.
