Baby Formula Recalled

Powder May Contain Plastic Particles

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Similac Advance with Iron powdered formula is being recalled because it may contain plastic particles.

The recall covers 12.9 ounce cans with lot number 2-0-3-0-7-R-B.

The formula was distributed between September 15 and October 18, 2004.

The company said it is an isolated manufacturing event that has been corrected.
