OAKDALE, Pa. -- Fire crews were able to bring an Oakdale bar fire under control early Monday morning.

The fire at Boocks Bar started just after 4:30 a.m. in the 5000 block of Noblestown Road.

It was not clear at first on whether anyone was in the apartments above the bar.

Crews later determined that no one was was inside the building at the time of the blaze.

No injuries were reported.
