Arrest Made In Connection With Pittsburgh Native's Kidnapping
Bowie Last Seen Being Dragged Into Car In Atlanta

PITTSBURGH -- Police made an arrest in connection with the kidnapping of a former Pittsburgh woman.Monica Renee Bowie disappeared Thursday from outside her apartment complex in Atlanta, Georgia.Police said they saw signs of a struggle in the parking lot with pieces of her fingernails and hair.And neighbors said they heard her screaming for help.Bowie was last seen being dragged into a car.Police arrested Jasper Keels with stealing the car that was seen speeding from the scene.Keels is being held in the Dekalb County Jail, charged with theft of a motor vehicle.Police are still searching for Bowie.
