House Explodes In Brentwood
At Least 1 Hospitalized

BRENTWOOD, Pa. -- County police confirmed to Channel 11 there was a house explosion Tuesday along Tuxey Avenue in Brentwood.Officials said there were injuries.One victim was taken to Mercy Hospital.A witness told Channel 11 he was in his yard when he heard the blast. The victim then ran out of his house and told the neighbor he thought his furnace blew. The victim had burns to his face and arms.The house was destroyed in the explosion.The cause of the explosion is not known.Watch Channel 11 and refresh WPXI.com for updates on this story.
