PITTSBURGH -- Flames broke out at a house in Beechview Tuesday morning.Fire crews were called to the home at the corner of Sebring Avenue and Rockland Street around 8 a.m., near Beechwood Elementary School.Flames were seen shooting from first and second floors.Witness John Pearson said, "I looked in and the whole living room was engulfed."The blaze gutted the two-story house.Battalion Chief Rick Becker said, “It was a frame house with a heavy fire load. The guy had a lot of collectibles, like record collections, that burn very hot and fast."No one was home when the fire started.
