Natrona Heights -- Police say Kim Crummie propositioned an undercover officer for sex inside a restroom at Harrison Hills Park in Natrona Heights.Crummie, who is the principal at Valley Middle School in the New Kensington-Arnold school district, was arrested and released on Friday.He has been charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.Before working at Valley Middle School, Crummie was a principal at Sto-Rox High School and Seneca Valley Middle School.
