Weather Delays New Sign Atop USX Building

PITTSBURGH -- The weekend weather left UPMC with an incomplete feeling.The new signs on top of the USX Building did not get completed this weekend as planned.Channel 11’s crews saw a helicopter grounded that was being used to put the letters up.There is no word on when the sign will be finished.
