Allegheny River Boulevard Back Open

PITTSBURGH -- Allegheny River Boulevard is back open.

Rain caused a tree to crash down on the road Sunday night.

The tree fell between Washington Boulevard and Nadine Road in Pittsburgh's Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood.

The road was shut down until Monday morning.
