PITTSBURGH -- A man is being questioned by Pittsburgh police in connection with the stabbing of a woman in the head.

The woman was stabbed around 8 a.m. in the 1400 block of Crafton Boulevard in the West End.

Officials told Channel 11 the stabbing was the result of a domestic dispute.

The victim was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition.

Her name and condition have not been released.

Investigators remain at the scene.
