NATRONA HEIGHTS, Pa. -- Five students gave graphic testimony Thursday about what happened the night they said they partied with a teacher’s aide.

The judge held Abbie Swogger for trial on numerous charges after a three-hour preliminary hearing.

Swogger denied it all. “Absolutely not. I'm not guilty of what they're saying.”

The 35-year-old former Highlands teacher’s aide briefly talked to reporters outside of district court, proclaiming her innocence.

“It’s outrageous,” Swogger said.

Teenage witnesses testified that they knew Swogger from school and that on a regular basis, during a two-month time, Swogger would drive a group of them around to drink beer and smoke marijuana that she paid for.

A 15-year-old boy testified that at a party at a teen friend’s house Swogger changed her jeans and shirt into a bra and underwear. He said that people were touching her everywhere and that he had sex with her that night.

The prosecution entered a topless photograph topless Swogger had taken at the party as evidence.

A 17-year-old boy also testified that he had an ongoing sexual relationship with Swogger. He claimed that she gave him money to buy crack, then rented a hotel room and partied with several teens, including two runaway girls. He said Swogger was touching the girl on the thigh; touching her inappropriately.

Swogger said, “They’re lying to save their butts from getting in trouble.”

Swogger’s 17-year-old son chose to be in the courtroom, listening to the testimony from former classmates.

Defense attorney Duke George said, “She genuinely loves her son. He loves her. It’s sad to see his mother in these circumstances.”

Swogger said, “I love them. I can't wait to be home with my children again.”

Swogger faces a number of charges, including corruption of minors, deviate involuntary sexual intercourse, furnishing liquor to minors and endangering the welfare of children.

Swogger remains in jail on $150,000 bond.
