Downtown Pittsburgh Fire Victim Dies

PITTSBURGH -- Channel 11 News has learned that the victim in a downtown apartment fire has died.Flames sparked at the Roosevelt Arms Apartment Building on Penn Avenue Wednesday morning.Investigators blamed the fire on careless smoking while being hooked up to oxygen.The victim's name has not been released.
