New Charges Filed In 12-Year-Old's Shooting Death

PITTSBURGH -- New charges were filed Thursday against the person accused of pulling the trigger in the shooting death of a 12-year-old boy.Charges against 19-year-old Donald Wilson now include criminal homicide, involuntary manslaughter and aggravated assault.Last month, 12-year-old Kholen Germany was killed when he was caught in a shootout outside a clothing store in Wilkinsburg.Police said someone from inside the store fired a shot outside. Germany was hit by the gunfire. Police said Wilson was outside when he fired six shots into the store.This is the first time someone has been charged with firing the shot that hit Germany.
