The fight stemmed from an online feud that had begun several weeks before between the girls.

She said, "They're very proud of their violence. I mean, I'm just shocked. I 'm just shocked. I mean I'm not a parent to just sit by and allow my daughter to go on with this type of behavior. "

Pradeep Kholsa, dean of engineering and the CERT Center at CMU,looked at the video of the fight.

He said, "It's amazing most parents know that their kids use the Internet, but most parents don't know what they use theInternet for."
