IMPERIAL, Pa -- A judge has dismissed all charges against a local vo-tech teacher accused of kissing two male students.

Richard Eidam of New Castle had been charged with indecent assault.

Eidam taught at the Parkway-West Area Vo-Tech Institute.

The boys told police Eidam kissed them on the lips, neck and forehead.

Although all criminal charges have been dismissed, Eidam remains suspended without pay from his job while an internal investigation is done.
