Latrobe Fire Ruled Arson

LATROBE, Pa. -- A Westmoreland County fire is being called arson.The vacant building near Jefferson and Chestnut streets in Latrobe caught fire around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday.No one was hurt.No arrests have been made.
