PITTSBURGH -- One of Allegheny County's most wanted fugitives is in custody.Sheriff's deputies and Glassport police arrested Scott Peter Millington, of Glassport, after a viewer recognized his picture on Comcast Cable.Millington was wanted for burglary, possession of a controlled substance and DUI.Due to the success of the 10 most-wanted program, the sheriff's office said it plans to increase the list to Allegheny County's 20 most-wanted.LINK:
