WHEELING, W.Va. -- Winner of a $2.9 million CA$HOLA jackpot at Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, Nora A. Baden of Pittsburgh, finalized her winnings on Thursday.Baden won on May 16 and proclaimed her excitement by admitting she told her husband, "Let's go to Wheeling Island today, I'm feeling lucky!"The $2.9 million jackpot is the largest of its kind for Wheeling Island and the region.CA$HOLA is the first ever multi-state progressive video lottery game to be offered among U.S states and includes the states of West Virginia, Delaware and Rhode Island. It features a shared prize pool that creates the progress jackpot game that can be won by players in all three states.
