Cell Phone Helps Rescue Woman After Accident In Washington County

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. -- According to the Observer-Reporter, Debbie Durbin lost control of her car on McCarrel Road in Hickory Tuesday night.The car went over a hill and into thick brush.Police stated that they may not have found Durbin if she had not used her cell phone to call 911.There is no word on her condition.
