Softball Coach Accused of Sending Sexual Text Messages to Teen

INDIANA, Pa. -- A high school softball coach from Indiana County faces charges of sending inappropriate text messages to a 15-year-old girl.Police said the messages 49-year-old Gregory Strittmatter sent to the girl were sexual in nature.A member of the girl’s family called police after finding the phone and reading the messages.The girl was on a team that Strittmatter coached. Strittmatter coaches in the Indiana Area School District.He is charged with unlawful contact and corruption of minors. Strittmatter is out of jail on $5,000 bond.
