Allegheny County Man Charged In Online Sex Sting

WHITE OAK, Pa. -- Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett announced Tuesday that agents from the child predator unit arrested Theodore Morgan of White Oak.Investigators said Morgan thought he was chatting with a teenage girl online, even sending her a webcam video that showed him partially nude.The person was actually an undercover officer.Officers said they are now analyzing computers and other devices seized at Morgan's home.
