Pa. Lottery Ticket Sales Up As Economy Declines

HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Officials at the Pennsylvania Lottery said they sold a record $3.09 billion in tickets for the fiscal year that ended last month. That amount is $13 million more than last year.Instant games like scratch-and-win tickets accounted for more than half of all lottery sales.
