Fight Outside Pittsburgh Bar Ends With Fatal Shooting

A fight outside a Pittsburgh bar ended with a fatal shooting in the city’s Hill District early Friday morning.

According to police, Robert Lee Brown, 27, of Allentown, apparently got into an argument with two people outside Club V.I.P. II on Webster Avenue just before 1 a.m.

During the confrontation, police said someone pulled out a gun and fired a dozen shots, hitting Brown in the chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are searching for two young men they believe fired the shots. Investigators are also searching for the semi-automatic weapon they believe was used in the killing.
