Bakery Square Tenants To Include Anthropologie, West Elm

PITTSBURGH -- Anthropologie, a specialty women's apparel and accessory store, and West Elm furniture, a bedding and lighting fixture store, are among the tenants in the $113 million Bakery Square complex being developed in Pittsburgh's East End.Herky Pollock, executive vice president of the development, said the two retail chains have leased space in the complex. Another tenant is the previously announced Urban Active fitness facility.Concord Hospitality will also build a 110-room Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel, Pollock said.Bakery Square is being developed by Shadyside-based Walnut Capital through Bakery Square Holdings LP.
