Plans Under Way For New Oakland Office Complex

PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh's city planning commission has approved plans for a new office complex in Oakland.The Elmhurst Group wants to build a seven-story building at the corner of Ruskin Avenue and Bayard Street.The new building would be called Schenley Place.Construction is set to begin in the spring and finish in the fall of 2010.
