PITTSBURGH -- A South Side man was stabbed to death early Saturday morning inside a bar/restaurant on East Carson Street.

Authorities said John Piso, 33, was stabbed in the chest on the third floor of Paparazzi.

Piso died a short time later at the hospital.

Pittsburgh homicide detectives have charged Brian Schaub, 25, of Brookline, with criminal homicide.

Police have not said whether Schaub and Piso knew each other.
