Police in Pittsburgh and nearby suburbs said they've arrested eight people in an Internet prostitution investigation.

Police are not identifying any of the suspects, but said the investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.

Police in the suburbs of Green Tree, Moon Township, Coraopolis and Carnegie are also involved. The group used a number of high-end hotels around the area to make the busts.

"We get students. We get housewives. We have husbands bring their wives for prostitution. We've had fathers bring their daughters," said Sgt. Craig Campbell of the Pittsburgh Police Department.

The undercover investigations are targeting prostitution services being offered through Craigslist, Indys.com, and a site run by the City Paper, an alternative entertainment weekly.
