"They're laying here in a hospital, and he's out there doing his thing.""I have a lot of mixed emotions," said the girls' father, Allan Murphy. "They only time my anger really comes out is when I hear them scream in pain."The girl Newton took from the scene was treated at the hospital Monday night, but it's unclear how she got there.“He needs to turn himself in; take care of it like a man like he should. Just take care of it, the longer he runs, the harder it’s going to be on him,” said Allan Murphy.Newton is facing a long list of charges including four counts of reckless endangerment and four counts of failing to render aid. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
