Police: Suspect Played Russian Roulette, Shot Victim In Buttocks

New Castle police said a male suspect in custody was playing Russian roulette with a teenage female when he shot her in the buttocks area.

Police said Tyler Culver-McMillan, 21, fled the scene after shooting Nicole Duddy, 18, in the buttocks area.

The shooting happened at Duddy’s residence in the 1100 block of Parkwood Court on Wednesday just after 6 p.m.

Authorities said Culver-McMillan was showing off his gun to Duddy when the shooting occurred.

Investigators said Culver-McMillan removed all but one bullet from the revolver and started playing Russian roulette with it.

He placed the gun on Duddy's buttocks and shot her, authorities said.

Duddy was taken to a local hospital where she is in critical but stable condition, police said.

Culver-McMillan faces several charges including aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
