Child Wanders Streets While Babysitter Sleeps In Venango Co.

SANDY CREEK TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A Venango County woman is facing charges after falling asleep while babysitting on Wednesday.Police said Jayme Lynn Horn, 31, of Franklin, was drinking before she fell asleep while babysitting a 3-year-old in Sandy Creek Township.Police said the child left the house and was found wandering near 15th Street and Route 8.Horn has been charged with child endangerment.
