SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa. -- Anthony Kordell, owner of property near the Flight 93 memorial, received an offer from the National Park Service Friday, and Monday requested the agency’s appraisal.

But at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday the Manns Choice resident was told that the federal government will be applying eminent domain to seize his family’s 150 acres in Stonycreek Township.
