PITTSBURGH -- Crew members of a production company hired by Britney Spears appeared in court on Thursday after an alleged scuffle with police in March.Rockey Dickey, 34, and Alex Montes, 23, were in Pittsburgh for a preliminary hearing.Their Pittsburgh-based defense attorney was able to get their aggravated assault charges reduced to simple assault charges. Aggravated assault charges on a police officer would almost certainly carry jail time. Now, they're likely to just get probation."The felonies were reduced to misdemeanors today, so we're going to live to fight another day," said defense attorney Phillip Dilucente.
