Motorcyclist Flown To Hospital From Lawrence County

TAYLOR TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A man was thrown from his motorcycle when his bike collided with a mini-van.Emergency crews assisted Daniel "Joe" Weisz Jr. of Ellwood City.The accident occurred on Centre Avenue in Taylor Township, Lawrence County at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday.A medical helicopter took Weisz to a hospital.He has several broken bones.The driver of the van was not injured.
