Accused Port Authority PickPocket Turns Himself In

PITTSBURGH -- A man wanted for allegedly robbing elderly people on Port Authority buses has turned himself in to police.Kevin Parks, 37, is accused of pick-pocketing bus riders while his partners create distractions.Police believe Parks was working with at least two other people.Parks is being charged with six counts of robbery which took place over a 2 year period.They are known to frequent the city and Mt. Oliver areas on the 46G, 51C, 61A, and 71A.
