A Fayette County man was charged with exposing himself to three girls.

Police said it happened yesterday afternoon as the girls walked down Bank Street in Brownsville.

Charles Smith, 39, was arrested on the same street immediately after police were called.

Channel 11's Stuart Brown asked the Brownsville police if the girls were willing to talk and police then brought them to the station. The girls are between ages eleven and fourteen.

One of their parents, Sandy Ferrari, was shocked about what happened. "I think it's outrageous," she said.

Sierra Helmick told Channel 11 she was "very shaky" when she saw the man.

Sisters Tylin and Kayli Winters also saw the man and they feel he should be punished for what he did to them.
