Just after the tragic, fatal shootings of officers Eric Kelly, Paul Sciullo and Stephen Mayhle in Stanton Heights, a local graphics company began printing t-shirts, a couple hundred of them, all for local officers.

Since then, they've printed tank tops, bracelets, coins and decals all to keep up with what's become a global demand.

The original order on the printing press was 300 t-shirts.

Now, more than 60,000 Fallen Hero t-shirts have sold in less than three months.

“The demand! Everyone wants a shirt! People come up to me, where can I get a shirt, I want a shirt, how can I find a shirt?” said volunteer George Sugar.

Officials said over $600,000 has already been raised by sale of the t-shirts for the fund. Proceeds from the t-shirts go to the Fallen Heroes Fund.

“When word got out about the t-shirt sales it was non-stop. People were coming in almost every day to purchase these shirts,” said Lt. Michael Scott of Zone 5.

And the sales aren’t just from people who can drop by a Pittsburgh police station.

“They are going from Pittsburgh to Iraq, to Hong Kong to China to Australia. It's amazing how we have shipping all over the country! It's heart warming, it really is,” Sugar said.

Organizers will be out selling the t-shirts this weekend, which will be the 3-month anniversary of the shooting.

On Saturday they will be at the Dormont Pool.

On Sunday, they will be at the Trader Jack's flea market in Oakdale.
