PITTSBURGH -- Hundreds of people demanded a new kind of freedom this Independence Day.They gathered at Flagstaff Hill in Schenley Park Saturday morning for a TEA party, the letters T-E-A being an acronym for "taxed enough already."The group was protesting higher taxes and government spending.Demonstrators said their cause is inspired by the love they feel for their country.TEA party organizers think their efforts will make a difference."Really, to start a movement, all you need is a few people who are strong and dedicated to the cause when it looks like they're being defeated. We know we're making an impact," said Patti Weaver. The group said they are not affiliated with any political party.
